What It Costs

Your total annual fee is based on the number of physicians at your hospital.

Data Release Policy

Participating hospitals are required to sign a release policy acknowledging:

• Data provided to IHA remains the exclusive property of the originating hospital
• IHA makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy and completeness of data provided to IHA by its members
• Information distributed by IHA may only be used for purposes of quality, credentialing or privileging activities pertaining to the requesting hospital
• Hospitals are encouraged to make information available to the physician for the purpose of obtaining the physician’s confirmation of the information’s accuracy and/or completeness
