We’re proud of all you do, and we want to make sure our legislators and policymakers understand the full impact of your efforts.

To help track community outreach across Indiana, IHA invites you to participate in our annual Community Benefit Survey. The information you provide not only helps in our advocacy efforts, but it also enables our members to better understand health trends in their communities and where to focus future outreach efforts for maximum impact.
