Council on Workforce Development
​The Council on Workforce Development advises IHA on issues related to human resource management and development. It also helps develop principle and policy recommendations on medical staff and employee relations. Council members generally include chief executive officers, chief operating officers, chief nursing officers, chief medical officers and human resources executives.
