Become the leader your organization needs.

In 1982, IHA partnered with the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs to create the Management Institute. Since its founding, more than 2,400 hospital managers have graduated from the Management Institute.

Those managers have taken what they've learned—health care specific financial management and teamwork skills, management insights and conflict-resolution strategies—and immediately applied their new knowledge to their respective workplaces. Our graduates have become the leaders their organizations need—and you can too.
